Nope! This isn’t another boring workout you’ve done hundreds of times. Our constantly varied workouts challenge all areas of fitness and will push it to another level!

These workouts are high intensity and extremely fun! Typically consist of 40 mins of cardio and core intensive movements. Only requirement, your willingness to push yourself and work hard!
