Growing Old Getting Strong

Step One:

Intro/Assessment $50.00 Your first visit will be an introduction to the principles we adhere to in the Growing Old Getting Strong program, a comprehensive physical assessment and a discussion with you about how we can help you. If you decide to sign up within 3 weeks of your visit the price of the assessment will be deducted from the cost of whatever membership option we have decided is best for you.

Step Two:

You will move in to a foundations of movement and strength class or private sessions which will be 3 times per week for one month during which you will become acquainted with the flow of the classes or sessions, basic human movements and strength training.

Step Three:
